Dr. Tulloch is a noninvasive cardiologist with expertise in adult echocardiography, peripheral vascular imaging, nuclear cardiology, cardiac computed tomography and MRI. Dr. Tulloch is director of the cardiac and vascular ultrasound department of Hillcrest Medical Center’s cardiovascular diagnostics.
